1. General
Watch Best TV Services is a trading division of the Partners in Business Group LLC (Company #6959148), registered at 8 The Green, Suite A, Dover, DE. 19901, USA. The conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of goods or services by Watch Best TV Services henceforth known as the Company, and shall override and take the place of any other terms or conditions produced or referred to by the Customer. No other terms and conditions shall be included or implied unless previously agreed upon in writing by the Company, and in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Conditions and the terms of the Customer’s order, these Conditions shall prevail. No variation of, or addition to these Conditions will bind the Company, or form any part of the relevant Contract. No order placed may be cancelled, deferred or varied without the written agreement of an authorized representative of the Company.
2. Subject Matter
Under this Contract the person or company (herein after referred to as the CUSTOMER) who has used the online system for ordering services, authorize the Company to supply the services contracted. The CUSTOMER will pay for the services as indicated.
3. Contract Terms
A CUSTOMER of the Company ordering services via the online platform, will be able to cancel the present Contract by providing notice, within 7 days of its commencement, and will be reimbursed for the full amount paid.
4. Trials
The Trial includes all our channels, including the \’Sports Extra\’ Pack and lasts for the period specified (eg 3 days) from when the Trial starts. There is no requirement by the Customer to take out any paid subscription after the Trial has lapsed; that is purely optional and the choice of the Customer.
5. Service Price
The price for the service chosen is indicated on our website. The CUSTOMER accepts and acknowledges the price is agreed upon at the commencement of the contract term. Any change in pricing will be communicated one month in advance of being applied.
6. Minimum Contract Period
The Customer agrees to a Minimum Contract Period of 3 months from the date of initial subscription registration. If the Customer cancels within 3 months period then the full 3-months subscription is payable by the Customer, which they agree to in when taking out the subscription.
7. Invoicing and Payment
For 12 month contracts, the Company will invoice annually the price to be paid for the services. Payments will be collected by DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. Certified cheques and bank transfers can be arranged. If the CUSTOMER fails to make any payment on the due date then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available, the Company shall be entitled to cancel or suspend any existing contract. If the client pays all the amounts outstanding and requests the reconnection of the service, the CUSTOMER will have to pay the amount of £25 Euros as a reconnection charge on each occasion.
8. Suspension / Re-Activation of Services
WatchBestTV is unique in that it is one of the only IPTV service providers that allows their Customers to suspend and re-activate their WatchBestTV services on a month-to-month basis, thereby subscription payments are made only when the Customer is using the services. Once the 3-month Minimum Contract Period has passed (see Condition #6 above), the Customer can request to suspend or re-activate their WatchBestTV services providing ONE MONTH\’s WRITTEN NOTICE is given by sending an email to info@iva.gya.temporary.site
9. Refer Family & Friends Bonuses
A \’Family & Friend Referral\’ only counts towards a \’Free Subscription Period\’ (one month or forever free) if the Referral meets the following two conditions:
- The Referral must be on the same or higher Package to the Customer receiving the Bonus to qualify as a Referral
- The Referral must be a WatchBestTV Customer for a minimum period of 3 months to qualify as a Referral
10. Cancellation of Service
Cancellation of the service must be notified by email to info@iva.gya.temporary.site, one calendar month in advance of the intended cancellation date, without prejudice to other factors covered by the standard contract termination terms. The Minimum Contract Period (condition #6 above) still applies.
11. Claims
Claims regarding performance, price, billing and quality of service, as well as any other issues that could arise with the provision of service, should be sent via email to info@iva.gya.temporary.site.
12. Privacy of Communications
The Company undertakes to carry out all actions necessary to ensure that the privacy of communications with the CUSTOMER through its network. The Company is exonerated from any liability that may arise from the acquisition by the CUSTOMER or any third party, by recording or telephone conversations, its use of advertising and in general any act or omission not attributable directly to the company.
13. Release to Third Parties
The personal information and data provided to the Company by the CUSTOMER is solely for the use of the Company, and shall not be passed on to any third party without prior agreement.
14. Agreement Cancellation
In addition to the reasons provided above, this contract may be cancelled in any of the following circumstances:
- The CUSTOMER delays payment for the period of more than 7 days.
- The CUSTOMER is not entitled to any compensation or refund or other consideration from the Company.
- The termination of the Contract does not exonerate the CUSTOMER from full payment for the service used, up to the date of termination.
15. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by USA Law, where the parent company, the Partners in Business Group LLC, is registered. The parties agree to submit any discrepancy to the courts where the CUSTOMER is domiciled.
17. Language
The official language of this contract is English. Where, as a courtesy service to the CUSTOMER, another language is used, the Company is not responsible for misunderstanding due to any errors in translation.
16. Disclaimer
The CUSTOMER acknowledges that the service quality, conditions and the necessary equipment required so that the Service provided by the Company should function correctly. The CUSTOMER states that he has in his possession, or has authorized access to and permission to use such equipment for the receiving of the Service, and exonerates the Company of any failures whatsoever, due to the performance of, or poor quality of CUSTOMER provided equipment. The Company cannot be held responsible for service interruption, suspension or removal, either temporary or permanent due to adverse weather conditions or other Force Majeure. For purposes of this agreement, Force Majeure, including Act of God, fire, flood, explosion, riot, war, hurricane, sabotage, terrorism, vandalism, accident, third party failure, restraint of Government, Governmental acts, injunctions, labor strikes, and other similar events that are beyond reasonable anticipation and control of the Company. The company cannot be held responsible for any changes, additions or removals of available channels.
WatchBestTV does not host, provide, archive, store or distribute media of any kind and acts merely as an index of media posted by enthusiasts of the Internet of which is completely outside our control.
WatchBestTV respects the rights of others and prohibits the use of referenced material for any purposes other than for what it was intended for (where such use is lawful and free of civil liability or other constraint) and in such circumstances where possession of such material may have any adverse financial, prejudicial, or any other effect on any third party.
IPTV Digital TV channels and video content is being provided without any liability from WatchBestTV regarding copyrights. All content is provided by a third party and WatchBestTV have no control over its contents
WatchBestTV IPTV service is a list streaming transport service with media originating from external websites and internet sources.
Channel availability may vary and change from time to time as this is completely outside our control. This is not a source or any other web media server.
WatchBestTV is not responsible for poor quality images, sound, or dead feeds. WatchBestTV are not resposible for channel content or faluire of channel content.
It is recommended to subscribe to an unlimited internet connection provider with high speed download capacity to avoid any unpleasant charges or fees on over usage (slow internet, bills, etc.). A minimum internet connection speed of 3-Mbps download speed is required to be able to have access on all TV channels on the tv index.
We accept no liability for any damage caused to your system or hardware by engaging, participating, or using the information or content provided by the WatchBestTV website.
WatchBestTV is not responsible for any legal action taken against an individual, group, or company for usage of the content or information on this website.
No copyright infringement is intended.
18. Equipment
The equipment supplied by the Company carries a two-year guarantee. In case of a fault during the term of guarantee the CUSTOMER is required to return the equipment, with all parts and original packaging, as directed by the Company, in the shortest time possible, all equipment for further investigation and examination. The guarantee shall be rendered void if the Company or its agents identifies or reasonably suspects negligent or inappropriate use as the cause of the equipment failure.
19. Shipping
All orders will ship within 2 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be shipped by registered post (where possible) or local carrier at the Companies choice. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn’t happen often, but it can happen. If the shipping address is different from the address provided through our payment gateway please contact us prior to payment. If the payment gateway addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, Watch Best TV Services will send the order to the address provided through the website.
20. 100% Guarantee & Refunds
WATCHBESTTV offer a full 100% money back guarantee for full 10 days from the date of taking out a subscription, on receipt of the item returned on or before the 10th day of purchase to us, with equipment in our hands. Subscription charges paid and any Equipment costs will be fully reimbursed to the Customer, less any shipping or delivery charges.
Refunds are based on individual cases, on the grounds that may warrant a refund with actual evidence of any reasons for a refund required to be produced by the customer. Refunds are solely at the discretion of WatchBestTV.
